What does this service cost?

I offer personal and professional care in all ceremonies, no matter how big or small the size or budget.

Each wedding, elopement, renewal, or other Custom Ceremony is uniquely written with your needs and values woven into its words and actions.

• Vows can be provided, or you can write your own.
• Some couples enjoy including special additions, such as "Blending the Sands" of your lives together, like a unity candle, but better suited to being outdoors.
• You may have a beautiful poem, which is extra special when recited by a friend or family member.
• Music may be incorporated into your ceremony as well, live or recorded. You can even have one written just for you! link here
• For fun, some couples have their 4-legged family member bring the rings!
• Hand holding, tissues, and emotional support are always available.

Wedding or other Large Ceremony - when you have 10 or more guests, perhaps a traditional entrance, music, etc.

Elopement Ceremony - not traditional, no entrance, just surrounded by family and friends.

No problem as long as your event is in the Yachats area. I have delightful friends who are happy to stand in as witnesses for a small consideration...see below.

For locations further than a 15-minute drive from Yachats, please add a consideration for my time and additional fuel costs...thank you!

Also, I will need a 50% deposit from you to secure distant locations.

Once we decide we are a good match for creating your special event, for the Custom Ceremony I'll email to you a MsWord doc with questions to help me design your ceremony in line with your special vision.

If you choose the Elopement Special, you'll receive an email with basic questions to cover your legal paperwork.

Although I no longer offer an officiant service for traditional wedding rehearsals (which helps keep the price lower), I can work on the Processional and Wedding Order with you and send you a written copy.

I have a few limitations for the ceremony atmosphere:

• I cannot perform a ceremony after alcohol has been served. Alcohol after the ceremony is not an issue. Drunken people will need to leave, or I will need to leave before or during the ceremony.
• I cannot perform a ceremony in an area where tobacco smoke is prevalent.
• With the risk of COVID spread, you choose if we wear masks or not...I respect your choice.

Custom Wedding Ceremony - suggested $250-$500 sliding scale...you decide!

Custom Elopement Ceremony - suggested $150-$300 sliding scale.

Elopement Special - $100 (must have pre-approval, read the details)

Vow Renewal or Commitment Ceremony - $100-$300 sliding scale

Witnesses for Yachats Elopement - $25 each (they love tips too!)
